Coach ↔ parent messaging

One place for every team conversation.

Stop chasing group texts. DiamondHQ gives your program a team-wide announcement channel plus private, direct conversations between coaches, parents and players — with notifications so nothing gets missed.

• Team announcements

One channel every member of the team can read — perfect for schedule changes, reminders and big news.

• Direct messages

Private threads between a coach and a parent or player, kept separate from the team feed.

• Photos, videos & reactions

Share photos and videos, react to messages and see when someone is replying.

• Push notifications

New messages reach families on their phone, even when the app is closed.
